I've been using Sullivan Cleaner for over a year now and they have always had very high quality services, are very accommodating, and always maintain a high level of professionalism. I have used just about every service they offer. First their shoe repair services: they repaired my Sergio Rossi silver sandals (which were completely destroyed), fixed my favorite DKNY sandals and improved the condition of a number of other shoes I own. Second, their wash-dry-fold service--always very good, no clothes have come back damaged and they follow instructions to hang dry specific more fragile items. Their dry cleaning service is great as well--send everything and it always comes back looking good (never any spots or ruined items or anything). And finally their tailor service--I bought a new dress for my birthday party and bottom needed to be shortened as well as straps and all alterations look great! Another amazing plus is that they pick up and drop off--I've never waited more than ten minutes for items to be picked up or dropped off and the delivery boy is cheerful and always relays specific instructions about various items very well. definitely dry sullivan cleaner if you haven't already!

I've gone to many cleaners but I've always had bad experiences with them. Sullivan Cleaners has been wonderful and accomodating. Kenny is always cheerful and lessens the pain of having to go to the cleaners and my tailoring is always impeccable. There's free delivery and pick up so I usually don't bother going. I wouldn't trust my clothes anywhere else!
Pros: Free pick up and delivery. Friendly service.
Cons: It gets crowded and busy sometimes.

I have been using this cleaners as my tailor for the past four years. I recently had an awful experience and spoke with the owner. He was unaccomodating, disrespectful, and unprofessional. In adddition, their prices have gone up dramatically and their work is not as good as it used to be. Do not bring your business here unless you want to be treated poorly and ripped off.
