Best Pilates studio in Manhattan, great teachers, friendly staff

re:AB is the best place for pilates in Manhattan and I've trained at a number of them. At re:AB the feeling is comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and there are trainers for all levels, prices and personalities. There are lots of reformers and apparatus to work out on so you can always get an appointment at a time convenient for you. Whatever your physical ability, and whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced in Pilates, re:AB will provide a stellar experience in a lovely studio.

Pros: Big, airy studio with lots of equipment.

Kryzanowska was an assistant to the late Pilates and teaches his method now that's he's gone. All instructors are trained by her at Grand Dame at Drago's in midtown.
