Pharmacy ‎ lies

For some reason this pharmacy is always getting my orders wrong. They have told me lies, such as "we called your doctor and he said he wont refill it". Then I stand there, call my doctor and he tells me no one called and then issues a refill.

On another occasion they told me my insurance company doesn't cover a medication (which I had been on for 3 + years one the same insurance plan). I called the insurance company and they said the pharmacy never even ran the medication, and they do cover it.

For some reason they always lie to me, and have no explanation when the truth comes out. So beware of what the tell you.

Personal Service, Free Delivery, Assortment of Cleaning Products

I love King's Tribeca Pharmacy. The pharmacists are always helpful. They carry tons of cleaning products, including Mrs. Meyers. They even have free delivery! You can order everything you need from the pharmacy over the phone.

NYC is turning into Duane Reade jungle. If you live in the neighborhood, support a small business and you will be rewarded with great service and a more interesting neighborhood!
