I've purchased a bike here and I've bought many accessories. I've also brought my old bike in for repairs and tune-ups. I never feel that the staff is ignoring me, they answer questions and are not pushy. I think all of the charges to repair have been relatively inexpensive for a nice manhattan bike shop. They have a large inventory of bikes so if you are looking to buy you should be able to find something here. If you need a shop for repairs in lower manhattan, this is a good one.
Pros: Nice staff, big shop with lots of items, inexpensive repairs
