For what its meant to provide, Zakka is a very nice store. There are a few sections; one for t-shirts, one for books, and one for toys and other Japanese items. They have a large selection of books and some magazines about all different aspects of design. The t-shirts were nice too, but they didn't seem to have any sized for women. I would only say I didn't feel too comfortable browsing after reading a sign which said not to spend excessive time browsing for books, but it's understandable. I don't have much comment on the service, as there was only one person working there. This wouldn't be a good place to go if you're looking for value, but it's nice if you know what you're looking for (I happened to find a book I wanted) or just want a good book about design.
