I am a paying customer and my personal experience is that they do not want to cancel your account. I call, they hang up. I ask to talk to manager, they put you on hold, they hang up. DO not sign up with citysearch also go to ripoffreport dot com and type in /reports/0/325/RipOff0325086.htm
Pros: Nothing about this service could be worth your hard earned money
Cons: Everything, particularly the ignorant customer service reps

I have seen my ad also on Citysearch and never asked to be put there as a result of it people are using the space for their own personal use, If someone does not want to be listed and you list them that is INVASION OF PRIVACY.

Citysearch takes advantage of people by putting their information in a public site where people can come in and write anything they like, when I tried to contact citysearch they ignore my calls, i email them and they don't respond, tell me I have to pay money to remove nasty stuff written about me, now I am writting it about them, the only thing is they cover it up and have different rules for different people, BIG company, no class, I am attaching the stuff that is on your page about me personally and you sit there and do nothing. my business is on your page, I asked to be removed due to the negative comments some crazy person is putting about my family, here they are. Can someone contact me regarding this issue, 917-742-6077
Pros: Lousy company, no class, no good people working, need to be sued
