As soon as I walked in the store the first thing i heard was "HI!!! Let me know if you have any questions" with a smile. It made me feel at home right away. As I walked around the store I can smell the fresh aroma of flowers and a calming music. The staff is awesome, it's like i've known them for a long time. They took very good care of me and helped me in every way. They even gave me tips about my other plants at home when i asked them how should i care for them. Spruce is awesome!!!! You should check them out if you really want to impress your friends or loved ones.... I recommend the rosecube.

Ok - I get it: They sell cute little boxes of wheatgrass. Beyond this, I cannot figure out why people give them such laudatory feedback. The employees carry themselves with the grace and attitude of McDonald's fry cooks. The flower selection is nice, but very limited... and did I mention the attitude of the employees? They are not only standoffish, but unknowledgeable. Spruce has gotten lucky because most other flower shops lacked the staying power to pay the NYC rents and 1-800-Flowers is horrible. But, if you think you're going to be elevated to a new level of Bergdorf Goodman Flower Arrangement Status, then this place is not for you.... or for anyone else for any other reason for that matter.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.

There flowers are beautiful. There design work is to perfection. There costomer service is great especialy the southern girl with long blond hair and the hot latino guy. Overall they are great.

I used Spruce for an event and was so pleased with the service and quality. The arrangements are extremely elegant and stylish. I highly recommend.

This hip & chic flower shop portrays simplicity and elegance to it's max. The store owner is wonderful with the addition of her sales staff who are impeccable and knowledgable. If you need to get a special gift stop by and check out this shop you'll surely be content.

When you walk in this place you feel like you are in another world!!!! I'll be back to visit the fun staff and see what new things they are always coming up with.

I love this store. Just walking into to the little oasis makes me happy. I love the people that work there, the quality, and the genious designs. There is always something new and wonerful to choose from. Whenever I send a gift arrangement, I always get a fantastic response and rave review. Not to be missed!
