Rude staff, good sales

I was looking forward to a friendly ski store from the reviews I read, but instead I found an extremely rude, grumpy sales lady who was gruff with all of her customers. Despite her attitude, I did find some great deals on ski coats, but when I asked the people at the front to hold them for me until the end of the day, they told me I had to bring them back upstairs. Very disappointed in the service, but they do have some good sale items. I would not ever go back, however.

The perfect place for lunch-break browsing and pining for the slopes. Select your set of dream boots and skis on the main floor, then head upstairs for a tri-layered parka, bibs and some Turtle Fur (that fleecey stuff is everywhere). This place is neat, organized and clean as a whistle--but so quiet it's almost distracting. In addition to high-end skis and snowboards, there are enclaves of tennis rackets, racing bikes and related accessories.

The Best Ski Shop

This shop is well stocked and has a nice selection. I will recommend this store to all my friends. The friendly service you get is a delite and is well appreciated. My kids love coming into this store, it's so much fun for them. Thank you for making my shopping deliteful.

Downhill Runner

Coming into NYC from out of state, I was amazed to find this wonderful shop! Skiing is a passion with me and I can state without a doubt that this is one of the finest shops that I have had the pleasure to visit. The selection is outstanding, the atmosphere is like shopping in your living room, and the staff are well versed in their equipment and friendly as Hometown, USA. I would highly reccomend this fantastic shopping opportunity to anyone!

Great Ski Store

In my experience in searching for well fitted ski boots I have to say there is only one place to go,Scandinavian. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
