I was looking for a fabulous weekend with a friend from Texas, but we just had to laugh at our hotel experience. Our reservation was given to someone with a similar name, during the 3 nights of our stay, our hotel key only worked once, and each morning the maids entered our room (without knocking)...let's just say they almost got an eyeful. When these issues were raised with the management, no apologies were offered...just excuses. After much prodding and persistence, we did get some comps. While the price is good, I would look for a different hotel option next time.
Pros: Nice lobby, Nice hotel bar
Cons: Service, Courtyard view, Amenities
