These guys screwed up a simple quarte panel repaire job the paint did not match the rest of my car it was more than a little off. I had to go else where to have it done right and he is way to expensive go somwhere else. This guy Richie is a real bum

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Manhattan Auto care. The car looked like new, and it was completely cleaned inside. It was even ready earlier than promised. I am extremely happy with both the courteous service and the excellent repair work.

I recently had some work done at MAC to start off with: A) Prices way too high could have paid half some place else (my fault for not checking out this site and all the bad revues first) B) Not the best work for the money (my fault again I should have went some place else after there qoute). Oh well whats done is done. But go some place else you will get better value for your money

Unfortunately, I have had 2 cars that required body work after being sideswiped. Lucky for me, I found Manhattan Auto Care. On both occasions, the work was done beautifully and timely. The owner was very helpful and put me at ease. Highly recommended!

Manhattan Auto Care did a fine job and had my car back to me exactly when promised. This was very important to me because I need my car for daily business travel and they kept their word. Be sure to get exact directions if you don't know the area. Once you know where it is it's very easy to find.

MAC was my very first auto shop experience. I am a female and usuallly we get ripped off, however, Richard, definitely DID NOT take advantage of my ignorance. He included other minor repairs for free as well and even assisted me with my car rental. About 2 months later I needed his services regarding one of the original repairs and he immediately accomodated my schedule and repaired all plus another free-bee for me. Amanda (his office manager/secretary...etc) is very sweet, polite, professional, and patient. Richard is a little rough around the edges, very sarcastic, and condescending, but I truly believe its just his character and nothing else, after all he was a COP (smile) THe truth of the matter the service was great, my car was immaculate and appeared to be brand new, in fact I fell in love with my Corolla all over again. I would definitely utilize their services again and would reccomend them to others. And believe it or not, the second time I saw Richard he actually apologized to me and was much more approachable and warmer.

Pros: great work, reliability, responsibility, Amanda

Cons: Richards unfriendly demeanor, waiting area is not comfortable

I highly recommend Manhattan Autocare. The pricing was fair but more importantly the work was great and done on time. Would use again.

Pros: Professional and honest.

This shop is the worse. I went in for an estimate and his prices were 2 to 3 hundred dollars more than the dealership plus there is some pretty bad reviews on this website. Go some place else this guy is a rip-off artist.

I have no idea who would ever write a good review on this shop it must be friends of the owner or employees but I must agree with all the bad ones I took my car into this shop and more damage was done to it by the shop than when I original brought it in I needed to have a quarter panel repaired which took three weeks and my car was returned dirty with overspray on the headlights and back windows There was so much dirt and beer cans in the backseat it smelled like a brewery when i was driving my grey leather seats and grey carpet had about 3 inches of dirt and dust on it.Ontop of paying way too much for this repaire I had to spend almost $300.00 more at another shop to detail and remove the overspray. They are not friendly and will not call to inform you of the progress of your repaire I had to call them to find out if my car was ready. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP AND BE WEARY OF ANY GOOD REPORTS YOU SEE ON LINE IT WAS MORE THAN LIKELY DONE BE FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS AT THE OWNERS REQUEST THE BAD ONES TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT MANHATTAN AUTO CARE PLEASE READ ALL REVEIWS BEFORE GOING THERE.

Pros: Pretty Receptionist

Cons: Not Professionals no pride in work lousy business practices
