Worst Experience Ever

I had to wait in the waiting room for a long time and when he finally called me in he just took notes and did not explain anything. He did a routine exam and then prescribed me the medication without telling me about side effects. The worst part is that he was out in the waiting room talking to some medical sales guy for half of the appointment. I don't understand how I just got diagnosed with lupus and he didn't even take the time to explain to me what lupus is! And the medication he gave me makes me so sick I can't even take it. He never acted like he cared about me as a patient, he rushed me out of the appointment after spending 15 minutes with the medical sales guy, and didn't tell me enough information about my condition. Horrible!

Best doctor and staff in New York!

This is the best doctor's office I've ever been to. The staff is outstanding- very caring and responsive to your needs. Dr. Faller has a good bedside manner and is very bright. It is very unusual to have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for your appointment and most of the time the doctor is on time. Highly recommended!
