Impeccable customer service and a vast array of loose and pre-mounted diamonds (and other precious stones) from both Michael (son) and Frank (father) without the hype of the "Street Level" diamond district hub-bub.

HIGHLY recommended. They will not rip you off.

Fabulous jewels

Three generations of women in my family have jewelry made by the Pollak family. The diamond pieces are exquisite,but the colored gemstone rings, pearls and estate pieces are also lovely. Fred has made beautiful pieces for me that I will treasure forever. Tom and Beth have been so helpful over the years. It is worth the trip

• Pros: If you want quality this is the place
• Cons: It is more expensive,but not as bad as the blue and red boxes.
