The Scene
A three-story drugstore-emporium of "necessities" stocked with so many luxurious goods that it could only exist in New York. On the ground floor you'll find sundries, cosmetics, accessories and video/DVD rentals plus electronics. The second floor boasts an excellent collection of lingerie and children's clothes and the third floor is a mini FAO Schwarz.

The Goods
The best of everything. Cosmetic lines offered include Chanel, Lancome and Clarins. Look for Z New York, Zitomer's house label--the products all have indigenous N.Y. names like Chelsea and Times Square. (Don't miss the Gracie lip gloss--it's some of the best in town). Mason Pearson hairbrushes (of course), a plethora of sparkly hair accessories and wonderful, hard-to-find imported beauty booty like Smith's Rosebud Salve, Violet lip balm from Spain, French toothpaste and Terax Crema conditioner round out the selection.
