Delivered wrong flower the day before Valentine

Ordered flower from them for Valentine through Teleflora. Asked them to deliver a day before Valentine to ensure fresh flowers (and no 'ran out of rose' excuse). Instead of receiving a dozen rose arrangement(love letter), they delivered a cheap arrangement consisting 4 roses, 6 white hiccup flowers and 5 dying lilies (which costed me $82!). It ruined my valentine. Luckily Teleflora refunded my money.

great flowers and plants

I don't know much about flowers and plants, but I do know this is a great store with fresh flowers. I bought a bouquet for my fiance's birthday last month and they lasted for a long long time. Just thought I'd say so.
