This old gray mare ain't what she used to be. The former sparkling silver throughbred is now just gray. Once this was the place to go for fine goods and even finer treatment. Now, expect long waits as the sales people chat with one another and ignore you. The customer service area resembles a hospital waiting room with nicer appointments. Plan to spend the day waiting. It is really sad what has happened here. The service has declined. OK, the world is different. But if they need to change, they need to drop the pretention. If you want nice silver, go to a handcraft store. If you want diamonds, go to the jewelry center. You can buy a torquise box anywhere these days.
