My gird friend and I ordered one of the most expensive white flowers on their web site and they had a week to prepare and delivered it to one of the most important friends who celebrated their 20th anniversary. The following weekend, we visited their home and we found what they delivered was completely different from what we saw on the web. We called them to ask how this thing was happening and they said the flowers simply run out and they switched it with the others without telling us. When I called, the manager was not there. So she said we will call you back and take care of this issue, but they never called us. I accept anyone makes a mistake. But when I did it, I would make up with my best. But what they delivered is very cheap looking and a different kind and color (orange) and simply far away from the one we expected. And we have been depressed by seeing hat our friends were not happy. They usually do a good job, but this kind of mistake makes us not to ask them anymore. So we immediately cancelled the other order for my mother.

I live in the UK and chose to get married in NY so, it was quite hard to choose a florist over the internet and hope that everything would be ok! 'speaking' with Tom via email was not only easy but a pleasure and the flowers and bouquets, when they arrived were everything i had hoped they would be. I would highly recommend this florist.

I absolutely love Madison Ave Forist, they have a great selection of gorgeous flowers! The staff is wonderful, so helpful and nice. If you drop by for some info or a business card they will give you a complimentary rose! They are just good neighborhood people who know what they are doing when it comes to flowers. They have colors of roses that I have honestly never seen before: purple, bright red, and so many others! For a bouquet or for a huge arrangement they are the best place.
