Terrible Experience

The overall experience was unprofessional and painful. During the facial, the aesthetician squeezed so hard during extractions she left nail marks all over my face. A day later, my face was covered with scabs. I went back in to see the manager and all she could do is push free products in my face in hopes I don't take the complaint further. I don't wish this kind of experience on anyone. Avoid this spa at all costs.
