I first came to see Dr. Mindel 8 years ago when I was experiencing severe joint pain, spasms of the back muscles and exhaustion due to a combination of an arthritis flare up and depleted adrenal glands. I was immediately struck by two things during the treatment: my severe pain and spasms were greatly alleviated right away, and his use of Kinesiology was the most brilliant and natural of approaches. And I've verified many times since that the responses Dr. Mindel receives are accurate. Regular spinal adjustments keep my spine limber; a recent spinal x-ray showed little or no deterioration of the joints. He has also cured two difficult conditions: carpal tunnel, which went away after two months of treatment, and psoriasis, which has virtually disappeared. He is also able to alleviate cold and flu symptons naturally and very quickly. I consider my visits to Dr. Mindel to be the single most important aspect of managing my varied conditions. His flexible, natural, caring approach gives me the best health care I have ever found.
