I've been going to Dr. Mindel for about 7 years. Over that time, he has not only helped me to overcome chronic hip and knee pain, but has helped me to address other health issues such as allergies, chronic respiratory problems, weight, acne, and anything else that has come up along the way. He has helped me to see the connection between my diet, mental and emotional states, and my body so that ailments that would normally be treated with antibiotics and other prescription medications can be treated and healed with nutrition and self-awareness. His approach is unusual and, to some degree, shocking, but it works better than any traditional methods I have found. To those who are commited to really healing and not just treating symptoms, he is a godsend.
