I have been seeing Dr. Mindel for 4 ½ years and I honestly cannot imagine what the state of my body and health would be like without him. He has helped me eliminate chronic pain in my hands, arms and shoulders. Seeing him regularly keeps my body strong and energetic and eliminates the negative effects of stress on my system. And now as a runner he is helping me to stay structurally and nutritionally strong so I can run at my top performance. And his office is peaceful, well-run and a pleasure to be in. How many doctor’s offices can you say that about? I highly recommend his practice.
