Wow, you get what you pay for !!!!! I have never spent a more productive hour with another human being in my life. I am a physician and thought I understood nutrition but my weght kept drifting up. Now I know how to stay slim, healthy and HAPPY without being hungry all the time. Thanks Meg !!!! I highly recommend Meg.
