city pet care is awesome! i'm so protective of my puppy rufus and i use city pet care for everything for him. when i'm away they take great care of him and i come home and he is sad to see them go! they are very professional and take care of everything! they are always available and i am so happy i found city pet care.

I have used many cat sitters over the years. I decided to try City Pet Care and found the service to be very comforting. My cat, Pebbles, is very shy and she hides from strangers. When I called City Pet Care, I explained my needs to them and they assured me that they would take great care of my cat. They even told me that they would retreive my mail for me and water my plants. There would be no charge for this additional service! I had a very nice man come to meet Pebbles and me from the company. The minute he walked in the door Pebbles came out of hiding and even went over to him and started rubbing her body against his leg. I couldn't believe what was happening. Ever since that introduction the service has consistently been great! I will definitely continue to use them again and again. There is always someone available every time I call. I usually get the same pet sitter each time. But there have been times when I got someone else, who has been just as great. I trust them with my keys. They are sincerely honest and they LOVE animals which is the most important trait to me.

I was in a jam one day after I made plans with my regular pet sitter to board my German Shepherd. I called some boarding facilities and they told me that the boarding would be caged and that I would have to bring my dog to the facility. None of the places I called were in my neighborhood. I just happened to see an ad for City Pet Care and I called them. The woman who answered the phone was very caring and seemed extremely resonsible. She assured me that her driver would pick up and drop off my dog at no additional cost. She also stated that the boarding would be in the home of one of her employees and that my dog would have run of the home and not be placed in a cage. I was so surprised and delighted to hear that! It made my day. This was 4 years ago and I have used them since. When I need to go out of town I always call City Pet Care and I always get the same lady who answered the phone the first time I called. My dog always comes home to me as happy as when he leaves me. I usually get the same person who originally boarded him. If I don't get that person, there is always someone just as kind and gentle who cares for my dog. They are a great company to work with and the prices are very reasonable!
Pros: They are so down to earth. A real animal loving company

I currently use City Pet Care, Inc. for my dog walking needs. I have used them since their incipience 10 years ago. My dog loves his walker, who he has had since we contracted with City Pet Care. I can always count on this company to provide my walking needs 7 days a week and for emergency, last minute walks. If the walker I normally use is not available, there is always a back-up walker. I highly recommend them. I have even used them for in-house stay overs and they are excellent.
Pros: honest, reliable, pleasant
