Get out of town--or just across it--with help from these experienced relocators, specializing in packing and shipping; also offers storage.
I'm happy as Noah, when he left the ark

Edson in the office got me off to a good start by accepting my own furniture itemization and box count in an emailed Word doc. We reviewed the basics on the phone, he understood quickly, and he wrote up the estimate. The estimate, by the way, was on the money. Way to save your companies cost and my time by not sending out an estimator. Eytan lead the move crew with determination, muscle and finesse. These guy are polite, careful, strong, and tremendously hardwokring. I want to tell you that they are creative and intelligent. They create ways to move a big piece through a narrow entrance or challenging turn. They remember which rooms furniture came from, when they are placing it in the new house. No doubt that moving has a psychological impact. My experience last August 27th was softened by good professional help.
- Pros: Efficient, careful, polite, good value
- Cons: They charge by the hour, so be a good packer and box counter, so everything is ready

I will not use them again for the reasons listed below- these are probably typical occurrences with most moving companies but there must be ONE out there that can be trusted and reliable.
1. Gave me an unrealistic quote on how long it would take to get my stuff. I was told 3-5 days on the initial estimate. On subsequent calls, after not receiving my items in that time frame i was told that nobody would ever give me an estimate like that and it should be 5-7/5-14 days. Regardless, I feel i was told this to get my business and then once you've paid, you are screwed.
2. I was told i would be contacted in terms of a delivery time and date. I called 4 days after pick up and if i hadn't would still have my stuff wasting away in a storage facility.
3. The night before delivery, was contacted by the drop off person who is already trying to solicit more money out of me since he had to do an "all night drive" which is his job. He gets to my place, takes very careless precautions with my fragile boxes (like turning them upside down and just slamming them down until i told him to stop), then tries to bribe me for a bigger tip to take my couch/mattress up the stairs without increasing the scheduled amount.
anyway, i won't use them again. You can if you want to see if they can be consistent with being unreliable.
- Pros: Cheaper estimate, Pick up was hassle free
- Cons: READ your contract before you sign, contract out to shady movers on delivery
