Great place!!!

I had such a great experience at bitz n pieces! My hair is rapidly thinning due to my condition. I never thought I would end up wig shopping but you never know what life has in store for you . The girls at the desk were so friendly and kind (super fashionistas!) . There was such a diverse variety and I was helped to find a piece adequate for me.. I def recommend that you'd visit this salon. Everything was great.. From service to the staff!

AWESOME

Didn't know why in 1997 I was saving an article from the NY Times about Barry Hendrickson's Bitz-n-Pieces. Finally accepting the need to cover my thinning hair and bald spot, I dug up the article and made an appointment which changed my life. In a warm atmosphere a friendly staff ushered me into a private consultation room where I met TJ, who immediately put me at ease. I left the salon feeling beautiful again. When I met Barry I knew why I had saved that yellowed article. And TJ is THE BEST!

Excellent Experience

Clean, bright, lovely salon with lots of windows and private rooms and a high-level of excellent personal service. What was a very fragile and sad day for us was quickly transformed by a very professional and kind staff. The quality is excellent and we even had a hard time choosing between two beautiful, very natural-looking wigs. We had a long consultation and were never rushed or pressured to make a purchase. This was a very positive experience during a stressful time, due to chemotherapy.

This birthday present will make you look YOUNGER!

As I write this, my sister and I are sitting with my mother with a lovely glass of champagne toasting my mother's new look...which really is her old look.

She just said, "I look in the mirror and I see me, for the first time in years!" Then she started sniffling and tearing up. Truly.

My sister and I took my mom in today for a consultation, really just wanting to learn what our options are! In 5 minutes, Edward the stylist came out with the most perfect piece to just settle onto her head. He showed her how to pull up her own hair around it and in 30 seconds, we knew this was absolutely the answer we were looking for. She didn't need a wig, but a piece of some kind that looks so natural we can't tell where her own hair starts.

It is absolutely unbelievable. Mom kept looking in the store windows as we walked down the street.

The color is perfect and she honestly can't stop talking about it.

She is 78 and had extremely thin hair with a fairly large bald spot. Listen to me, I just wrote, "had." Obviously she still has thin hair and a bald spot but you can't tell!

She is beyond delighted! This was my sister, my, and my brother's birthday present to her and we haven't come up with anything this perfect since we scrawled some kind of mushy card in crayon!!

Team Bits and Pieces!

When I realized that Alopecia had attacked my hair, i didnt know where to go or how to get to that "place" fast enough to make myself appear normal again. I felt uncomfortable, depressed and downright UGLY. But when first calling Bits and Pieces, speaking to the wonderful, understanding and calming voices over the line, I knew I had made the right decision in making a consultation appointment. Other places wanted $200 consults and here the best was only feeing me $35 per 20 mins! And within 5 of the intial minutes the stylist knew exactly what wig would be the perfect match to my style and look I was trying to achieve back to. *SCREAMS in remincising*! It was an amazing experience and I absolutely love them over there. They remember who I am and what I wanted and even liked! Try it and I'm positive you will see it too! So thanks to them, Im starting a fanclub for the many satisfied customers of this elite wig salon, "Team Bits and Pieces"!!! Thanks again guyyysss!

Top Tier all the way!

I went to their BEAUTIFUL salon when I discovered I was to be undergoing Chemo, I can't decide which was better.. the product or the service! I purchased a wig that not only didn't look anything like a wig but I got a ridiculous amount of compliments walking down the street.

As for the service we had a private room to try all the wigs on in and the staff was extremely kind and helped us out with the insurance and such. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of a wig.. my experience was all around delightful :)

Edward was born to do this job

Losing my hair to chemo was worse than losing my breasts to mastectomies so while I was grateful that my onocologist said that Bitz N Pieces was wonderful, this cancer patient was horrified at the thought of looking like my co-religionists on their way to gas chamber deaths. But the moment Edward walked into the private little consultation room (where I'd been graciously escorted by the cordial, discreet and professional staff) and asked just the right questions in just the right way, he professionally and lovingly transformed my morbid outlook and soon thereafter my appearance. In fact, these new locks are prompting the kind of "sidewalk attention" that waned when I reached middle age. My husband and sons, while they don't deny wanting my real hair back, find my new look also beautiful. Edward's professionalism and deep humanity make losing one's hair and wearing a wig manageable.

My Hair Savior!

My hair has started thinning over the years and I figured it was time to look into purchasing a piece. A friend of mine had recommended Bitz-Pieces and thank God she did! Not only did I buy a beautiful piece, but the staff was so pleasent and helpful. I finally feel like my old self again!

WONDERFUL

I have been going to Bitz-n-Pieces for over a year now, I have alopecia, and I have always had such a wonderful expierence. The owner Mr. Hendrickson has always greated me with kindness and his staff is always friendly. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place and if you are need of a wig or hair piece this is the place for you.
