NEVER AGAIN - attendants are JERKS

Hey Rapid Park, if you're listening - what don't teach your attendants how to act like human beings and people who work in the service industry. Your attendants act like they are too good to work to work at your garages. They are not nice, mean miserable people who shame me for showing up later than I said I would. Isn't that why you get away with charging me insance prices -- don't you want me to show up late? Wouldn't you prefer to get $100 than $12? NEVER AGAIN will I go to any of your garages. Thanks to citysearch I have a list of all your locations and I will never go to any of them again.

RIPPED OFF at RAPID PARK

My boyfriend and I stopped in NYC while driving from Upstate NY to our home in North Carolina so that we could walk around Central Park. We parked our rental minivan at a Rapid Park garage on 72nd street for less than 3 hours and were charged an outrageous $58. They charged us the extra $10 SUV fee b/c it was a minivan.
- Pros: Good locations
- Cons: They're overpriced!

Expenive but good staff

They are probably the most expensive garage I know on the UWS but their service is very good, the staff is polite, they recognize you, they take good care of your car!
