There were nail clippings all over the floor, the place was sooooo crowded it was impossible to walk by without smudging toes on some surface. The woman that pedicured my feet pumiced JUST ABOVE the area where the callous was SO HARD that my feet were cut and were raw. The utensils were filthy and when I asked to see how they were sterilized, I was shown a dirty box with blue liquid floating in the bottom. A scam. The workers were all rude (and probably overworked and underpaid. It was very "sweatshop-vibe") I am sure if the dept of Health had any knowledge this place existed, they would be shut down. I have had pedicures all over the city and this is by far the worst experiece I have ever had on every single level!!!
