This is one of my favorite destinations in New York City. This is my neighborhood place and I eat there 4-5 times a week. They have excellent bagels, very reasonable prices, great coffee and amazingly fast service. You will see sometimes see a long line but moves very fast as their staff is fast and friendly. As for the previous reviewer, I am not sure what they are talking about. This place is GREAT! I really enjoy places where people work hard to accomodate the customers.

This is the absolute WORST place on the planet. The staff is hostile...just flat out rude. I mean who do these jokers think they are? I have ordered from them on 2 occasions an omelette and bagel and BOTH times they forgot the bagel, "Bagel" Bobs forgot the bagel. One time they never brought it. I vowed never to order from them again but I broke down today...the belligerent staffer was NASTY to me when I asked him to repeat my order so they got it right. Naturally, it was wrong. I called to have it corrected and I was sent an incorrect order AGAIN... They sent the wrong order TWICE. Literally 2 HOURS later.... the wrong order two times. I called them back and the heavily accented hostile staffer refused to let me speak to the owner and asked me if I spoke English. Hah. NEVER order from these people...they are the ABSOLUTE WORST. And the bagels are not even that good to boot. Pick A Bagel smokes these lazy creeps.

This place has the best bagels anywhere in NYC. Get in early if you want a seat, and the line can get long if you go too late in the morning, especially on weekends. But it's totally worth the wait.

waited for close to two hours to my delivery and called twice. the first time, the person was rude and dismissive. thought it was a fluke after such great reviews from menupages. it should not take two hours to deliver two breakfast bagels, two blocks.

Cons: awful delivery, rude service
