i hadn't been to a kinkos in a long time, so i didn't know i could just use the fax machine without assistance. it took 15 min for me to get the attention of an employee in order for them to let me know that and then another 15 min just to pay. this location is severely understaffed and what staff are there just aren't interested in helping the customers they have.
