I ordered from Ollies while staying in Manhattan for business. I was on hold for almost 10 minutes before I was able to place my order, and had to repeat everything atleast twice. The person taking my order didnt simply ask me to repeat what I had just said, but semi-screamed "what??" with a nasty tone... I admit I am from Texas, but my accent is not that bad... I pre-paid via credit card over the phone. About 45 minutes later the food arrived, and the driver could not understand that I had already paid and kept insisting I pay him with "cash only". After me showing him my credit card and gesturing repeatedly with my hand against my head to represent "phone", he finally said ok and left. The chicken I got was very sinewy, fatty, chewy, and pretty bland... very sub standard airport style chinese food. All in all, a bad taste was left in my mouth all the way around.
Pros: NONE
Cons: EVERYTHING

Not only are they hostile and push you out the minute you finish your last forkfull but: Their cooks use the bathroom without washing; they are constantly making fun of American and tourists, silverware many times comes to you with caked on vegetables and they are doing you a favor by coming to your table.

Dissappointed. I have ordered from there twice and the only item I enjoyed was the pork & shrimp wonton soup.

Ollies in midtown is terrible. The food is average, but the service is awful. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. They dont answer any questions properly and make you feel rushed. I would not recommend this restaurant.

There are quite a few ollies in Manhattan and this is by far the worst. The prices are higher and the food is worse. Find another ollies.
Pros: Times Square area
Cons: , Bad value, Bad service

Ollies is a chain of chinese restauraunts in manhattan. The food portions are nice and the food is tasty but the servers are not the nicest people. Although they are not nice the service is fast and speedy. If you want good food fast, tasty and cheap Ollies is for you. If you want a slow relaxing meal it may not work in your favor.
Pros: Price, Taste, Speed
Cons: Servers, Crowded, Noisy

Great place to grab a quick, well priced bite of chinese food before or after a Broadway show. The service isn't great, but the food it good and authentic
Pros: cheap, good food, fast
Cons: atmosphere
