The Auto Elevator was broken, and very little cooperation provide. The elevator was down at 9:00, we finally left at 1:30....never informed about what was going on, no management present to provide any info and they were not offering any discounts. I know paid a $45.00 cab ride, had to drive back into the city and retrieve the car and was only offered free parking with ATTITUDE!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I understand about mechanical malfunctions, but treat people with a little curtesy. The attendants kept telling everyone a few more minutes to no avail. Why I now have to eat the taxi , tolls and gas ,for something totally out my control is ridicoulous. Let alone standing in a parking garage for 2 hours, and then the time to get back in to get my car, and the gas..
