Cordial ,professional staff

Do not let a few bad reviews steer you clear. I found Vickie and Ruth to be very cordial, professional and eager to help. I know they will do their best to place me in a postion right for me.

Bottom lines is they open the door..whether you get in will be up to you and how you review.

Have worked with and was placed right away...

I have to disagree with the previous responses. I was interviewed by Integral 3 years ago and was placed at a large firm immediately after. They were efficient and helpful. Although I am no longer with the firm because I underwent a career change, Vickie has followed up with me since. When I actively begin seeking employment again, I know that they would do whatever possible to find the right fit for me. Compared to other recruiting agencies, although small, they are extremely dilligent in placing their candidates. Hope this helps...

Incompetent - They don't have any "ins"...

I'm not sure if Integral is so new or small that they just don't have the connections with companies that other staffing agencies do? Anyway, Ruth and Vicki are pleasant enough but simply not helpful. It's true - the office is rather dingy and cramped but I would get over that if I felt like the women were competent. Unfortunately, I don't. They were telling me that I would get jobs paying salaries of 50k+ when realistically, I know that I would be in the 30k range. I think they have good intentions but that is obviously NOT sufficient! I would not recommend this agency to job seekers. Yes, it is "a waste of time."

• Cons: Do you want a nice person to talk to OR a job? If it is the latter, go elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs

read the first review and paid little attention, wish I had listened! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !The office is a mess..sloppy unprofessional women, who are extremely rude. I intereviewed if you want to call it that with Ruth Ware. She was rude, and unintelligent. Never interduced herself, felt like i was being attacked. Never spoke of jobs I was interviewing for or anything. Just kept saying crazy things. thought i was on a reality show being punked. Never in my life have a witnessed an interview like this and I work in human resources. STAY AWAY!!! NEVER GO THERE! they are not a real company... they don't even have a website!

They are nut jobs!

Wow, what a waste of time! The office is small and the recruiters there are rude, unprofessional and I think Ruth, one of the recruiters, has mental problems. I'm being totally serious when I say this because she is rather incoherent and acts strange. She really isn't all there. If you want to lower your IQ points and want to meet a total wackjob go to this agency. If Integral Resources calls you RUN AWAY as far as you can. I know I did!!
