There is a helluva lotta pizza to choose from on Staten Island. I have tried them all, no seriously, I have. I gotta put Brother's Pizza at the top. Thicker crust, great sauce, real cheese and fast as hell. The grandma slice rocks too but the regular is the best in the land.

Even though the counter is disorganized, I never really had a long wait. The pizza we order has extra cheese and it is loaded and great.
Some one said that Nunzio's was better. We has a pie that was almost cheese-less. My calzone was ice colds in the middle and sent back twice. The third time they microwaved it. Nunzio's no, Brothers yes.

Full of your typical Staten Italians, the line can be a little funny to stand it.
The Guidos with their Dragon Ball Z hair cuts and fake tans, and the ladies with the caked on make-up and the fake tans as well, make for a good laugh.
Deninos is MUCH MUCH better and wins hands down in my opinion.

Chicken Parm is mediocre but LOVE their Pizza. I've been going there for 15 years. Perfect combination of Cheese with a Tasty Sauce. Not too thin, but not too thick. Place is always packed. Fast Service. Dine-In or Carry Out. NO DELIVERY but worth the Trip (but call the order in first).

- Cons: Mediocre Heros, Little Parking

I cannot deny that Brother's Pizza is some of the best around, however on any given night the general line procedure in the store is for everyone to hudle around the counter and scream your order out until some big mouthed wise guy decides to listen. ( They dont deliver) The workers are too laid-back, and give the impression that you owe them something for walking into their establisment. Very poor customer service, and like i said before just a bunch of wanna-be-goodfellas who have too much to say from behind the counter.
- Pros: great pizza
- Cons: Arrogant employees with terrible service procedure

Let me share a lil bit with you about my experience over at Brothers Pizza... first off, the place is always packed cuz they don't deliver, and nobody over there knows how to manage a line so all the customers are frustrated. Second off, the counter people are RUDE AS HELL. I watched a mother get into a shouting match with one of the guys there and he cursed at her in front of her kids - believe me - they couldn't give a damn about their customers.
Let me tell you about the last time I was there... I waited for about 20 minutes for a pie and then the guy at the counter told me that nobody had taken my order down so it would be another 15 minute wait. I walked out in frustration and I swore never to go back.
As for the food... it's a lil above average so far as Staten Island Pizza is concerned, but i'd much rather eat at Nunzio's on Hylan Blvd. The pizza is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better and the guys over there know how to treat their customers with respect.
- Pros: I have nothing good to say about this place
- Cons: THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE

My friends introduced me to Brothers a while back and I have had some of the best pizza in NY in the city. Brother's is better than them all. Easily. There is no question. Pan slices are great, sicilian are amazing.

The "grandma slice" is absolutely out of this world. I've tried the hero's, the pasta and the soup there and everything is always good.

As a 25 year resident of Staten Island, I have experiencied the best pizzeria's that this borough has to offer. My first choice for Sicilian Pizza is Brother's. A Saturday afternoon ritual, I visit this establishment for the best Sicilian (square) slice of pizza in the area. There usually is a short wait for a fresh pie out of the oven ... and it's always worth the wait! Their relatively recent introduction of a version of the Sicilian pie is called the "Grandma pie" featuring a thin crust, much sauce, with less cheese, and chopped Basil. WOW!!!
Brother's has found yet another way to improve upon the age old Italian way of creating the perfect slice!!!
Two words to sum it all up...
Get there!!!
