Excellent Sausage!!

Both the sweet with fennel and the hot sausage are the best I have tasted in the NY/NJ metro area. They are lean, tasty and made fresh daily. I have had three friends over who were raised in Italy and fully agree. They cannot wait for me to bring them over to buy some for themselves.
