Order never arrived

I was waiting for delivery for over 2 hours since I placed my order. I called 3 times during my wait, each I was told "it will be there in a couple of minutes" or "I believe it will come in less than 5 minutes", it never came so I called and cancelled.

A great example of a traditional New York Pizzaria!

The other reviewer has it all wrong. Dino's is a mainstay in the Astoria community, they make a fantastic New York style slice of pizza, with some of the best specialty slices I have encountered (hint: try the bruscetta slice). The other italian restaurant in the area is 'Sacs', but they are more upscale dining, and are WAY overpriced for the quality of food they serve, this is especially the case with the brick oven pizza, that costs the same as some NYC rents :-)

Bad Customer Service

The food is alright but there is much better pizza and italian food a block away. The customer service here is horrible. I will never go back.
