Providence Day Spa is in a great location and has a great feel so I decided to give their massages a second chance after a mediocre first experience. Unfortunately, the second message was pretty average as well. I asked for deep tissue and received a good rub but no deep tissue. At the end, I felt like the message therapist was wasting time - she scratched my head for the last 5 minutes (felt nice I guess but not what I was coming for...). Happened to be paying when the store owner was around and when she asked me how it was, my response of 'ok' disappointed her and she gave me 25% off of the massage, which was nice. Seems like a great place that hasn't hired the top therapists.
Pros: Great customer service, appointment availability
Cons: Walls are thin, poor therapist quality
