WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I must say that when I made my appointment with Kleinfeld's I was expecting world class service and expertise..boy was I wrong!! The saleslady that helped me was rude from the very beginning. I specifically told her what I was interested in and she would bring the complete opposite. What really put me over the edge was when she insulted my maid of honor!! She was extremely unprofessional and I was very dissappointed with the way that we were treated. They have completely lost my business and advise brides to not waste their time with this store!!!

HORRIBLE!

I really should have listened to the other negative reviews that I had read previously. I had the WORST experience here from the moment I walked through their doors. They are rude and didn't seem to want to help me find a dress, but only to pressure me to buy one when i did. The rooms were sweltering hot and after being cursed at by one of the saleswomen, I left immediately.

I ended up finding my gown at RK Bridal and had a fabulous experience. I even got my dress for a much better price!

• Pros: nothing is good about this place
• Cons: horrible service, mean sales ladies, pushy and pressured

Dream Dress in Just 2 WEEKS!

Kleinfelds is the best! I had a disastrous experience at a local bridal shop with my first dress and decided to go to the experts 4 weeks before my wedding. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and experienced. I had complete confidence in their team and was able to put my worries and stress at ease. They found me the dress of my dreams, had it shipped from Europe and altered to fit me perfectly all within 2 weeks and 2 trips to NYC. I highly recommend them to anyone. Don't risk going to any other bridal salon.

One Of A Kind Experience.....Made For A Princess

As soon as you walk into the door of this fairytale place your eyes wonder over a sea of white elegant fabrics, you begin to realize your dreams are about to come true! It all begins with your own personal consultant who makes you feel better than gold and confident that they will match you to the dress of your dreams. On the day I had my appointment the designer I love ( RS Couture) was there, I think my heart stopped when he helped me pick out my dress and fitted me for it!!! He and the staff posed for numerous pictures with my entire family and the dress of my dreams. It is a day I will remember for the rest of my life.

• Cons: Going on Saturdays are a little crowded

They made it easy!!

Keysha made my experience a breeze. I was a nervous wreck, as I had no idea what I was looking for. She was not phazed in the least and was determined to help me find the perfect dress in 90 minutes - which I did. She was brutally honest and by the end of the visit I was feeling much more relaxed to the point that I was shopping with a friend. I ended up with a gorgeous gown, something I would have never pictured if it were not for Keysha. Tremendous patience and fashion insight. Thanks so much.

All of the staff there were great, you feel like the only one there even though you are not. There are so many choices but they make it feel not so overwhelming.

Great service!!

Before visiting Kleinfeld for the first time, I went to 3 other stores trying on bridal dresses. My first visit to Kleinfeld was memorable. I took my mom, sister and 2 cousins with me to get their input on the dresses I tried on. Upon arrival, everyone there was super friendly. And we didn't have to wait long until my consultant, Rita, called us in. So began my Kleinfeld experience.

I must have tried on about 10 dresses while there. There were a couple I liked, but weren't "the one". I struggled with this concept because I felt like so many dresses had a few things I liked, but nothing really had everything I wanted. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the dress while there, though Rita was super, super nice and not pushy at all. We also noticed the owners, Mara and Ronnie, there and I made a mental note that it's nice to see the owners of the store there. It makes it feel more personable.

For another month, I visited more stores throughout the area, making my bridal store visit totaling 11 stores, including Kleinfeld. Figuring I try on about 8 dresses per store...that's a LOT of dresses! I was starting to get discouraged and frustrated. Then I got an e-mail from Kleinfeld informing me of a Henry Roth / Michelle Roth trunk show. I looked at the designer's website and loved their designs so I made a second appointment to view the collection.

Back for our second visit, Rita recognized us immediately and greeted us warmly. We wasted no time and I told Rita I was there to view the Michelle and Henry Roth collection. So we wasted no time and pulled dresses and I was trying them on in a matter of minutes. I tried on about 4 dresses before putting on "the one" dress...I think I knew it was the one when Rita made all the necessary dress pulling and adjustments and it took my breath away. Michelle Roth, the designer, was there also and between her and Rita, provided me with all the accessories to show how the look would be completed. I definitely knew it was "the one" when I kept walking around in it and never wanted to take it off.

Needless to say, I bought the dress and can't wait til it comes in!

Lastly, Mara and Ronnie were again present at the store while we were there. I just thought it was really nice to know that the owners of the store are so into their business and dedicated to making their presence known in the Kleinfeld name. I really did feel like family there!

Thanks Kleinfeld for helping me find the dress!!!

The way service should be!!

I was anxious and terrified on the morning of my appointment at Kleinfeld's.  I had waited 2 weeks for the appointment with my mother and sister.  Wouldn't you know there was a terrible snow storm the day of the appointment.  I had to go alone. I even considered having my fiancee come and wait in the lobby. 

To my most pleasant surprise, Nancy Shishik was my sales person.  From the moment she started working with me, not only was she absolutely in tune with what I was looking for, she was beyond comforting. 

It turned out that there was an issue with the dress I loved.  There was only 1 sample that was not going to be available for me to try on for my mom when she could come in.  But that didn't stop the team at Kleinfeld's.  Nancy and Randy Fenoli went completely beyond the call of duty to get this dress back for me to try on again.   I can not express how pleased and how shocked I was that they took every necessary step to make me happy.  110% customer satisfaction was the only option.   We all know how rare that is to find any where today. 

Please don't pay attention to any stereotype you may hear.  Nancy and this team are beyond amazing.

Purchase the wedding gown of your dreams

My daughter, Erin, found the wedding gown of her dreams with the help of Keasha Rigsby. Keasha led Erin and I through Kleinfeld's myriad of gowns with expertise and patience. It was due to her efforts and that of Randy Fenoli, who provided the finishing touches to an already magnificent gown, that Erin found exactly what she was looking for. Keasha Rigsby is truly a professional. Kleinfeld is most fortunate to have her in their employ.
