I contracted Al to install a boiler and apply for a permit. He installed the boiler but did not apply for a permit with the city. This makes the job illegal and can create alot of problems for me in the future. Also the boiler has a defective feeder and sensor which he promise to repair but never kept his appt's to repair it. Left me waiting many times. Don't trust the guy. He doesn't have a license. I'm taking him to small claims court

Beware

I prepaid this "company" for 1,800 gallons of oil to heat my house. Trying to get him to deliver the oil has proven to be a nightmare. He says he'll deliver and then doesn't. When I call him again, he claims to have never spoken to me or says he didn't get the message. "Al" has even suggested I call another oil company when he is unable to deliver himself. He can run out of oil that I already paid him for?? This guy eventually delivers, but don't trust him. He is a blatant liar.

Be aware of this scam artist. He scammed my elderly father out of $2000. He came to my father's house and took the cash money as a down payment and never came back to start work. Al never responded to my letter's and phone calls. BetterBusinessBureau has 6 open complaints against Al's Heating and Plumbing. After 6 months of calling Al answered and actually threatened to report my father to the INS and Building Department if we don't stop calling him about the money. I won judgement from Queens County Court and I'm currently trying to collect my father's money. Never give a penny to any contractor until work is done. This guy is a criminal and he will get a surprise when he tries to renew his license.
