BEST AUTHENTIC Spanish/Portuguese food anywhere, BEAUTIFUL/CLASSY decor, perfect for a special occasion PLUS PARKING!!

My family has been coming here for over fifteen years and this place continues to be the best. There is no better place to eat if you're looking for authentic Spanish/Portuguese food. The decor is beautiful and classy, with parking available or you can carry out/cater your food if you like. Space is available for private occasions as well.

Among the best if their Paella, if you like this dish, you will LOVE it here. Simply the best around, never had better. If you're looking for a good alternative to the paella, try the Zarzuela, a soupier version. For starters, their homemade sausage is phenomenal, brought to the table and flame grilled with wine on the spot.

The service is also exceptional, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and discreet. Nobody rushes you along or interrupts your meal non-stop. Oftentimes you are greeted or even served by the Portuguese owners themselves.

This place is truly a neighborhood gem that more people should know about. I have since moved away from NYC but return here everytime I am in town. I have YET to find a restaurant as authentic/genuine, classy and all-around delicious as this one. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!!!!
