Alina Solodchikova is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Initially, I had a consultation appointment with another law office and, aside from their fee being three times the price, they took more than a week to answer a simple question. Alina and the staff are diligent, attentive and always available. The entire process began and ended with Alina, from the consultation to being present at the meeting of creditors. I HIGHLY recommend Stephen Kass if you are in need of a bankruptcy lawyer. Based on my initial phone call and consultation, I knew he would be trustworthy and handle my case with care through to completion. I never felt rushed and he was always available for questions. I trusted his knowledge and experience during the entire process. He was also the most legitamate lawyer present in front of the Trustee during my court hearing, amongst what seemed like a group of shyster attorneys. In conclusion, Stephen was successful in having my case fully discharged and I now have a chance to start rebuilding my life.

Setlle with the IRS- and get on with your life

Steve Kass was instrumental in solving my IRS tax issues. He represented me in court and then was able to structure a settlement that allowed me to continue my life and pay back the government at the same time. He's the person to call.
