Steve Kass was instrumental in solving my IRS tax issues. He represented me in court and then was able to structure a settlement that allowed me to continue my life and pay back the government at the same time. He's the person to call.

Clearly experienced in Bankruptcy. Also had extensive knowledge on Tax issues, which I needed help with as well. Also very reasonably priced!

Stephen B Kass and Alina Solodchikova are Very Nice Attorneys who really spends the time getting all of the details before giving advice. Mr. Kass handled my case from counsultation to completion with the utmost professionalism and care. I always felt that my case was well attended. My resolution was in line with the realistic scope of expectations provided. I highly recommend Mr. Kass and staff.

I highly recommend Stephen B. Kass's office for legal representation regarding bankruptcy. They were very attentive to my case, very knowledgeable, very precise,and very supportive. My lawyer in particular Alina Solodchikova was extremely helpful and supportive throughout what has been one of the most stressful and toughest periods of my life. All my questions were answered and they made me comfortable enough that I can email or call anytime with questions or for advice. I HIGHLY recommend Stephen B. There are a lot of shysters out there who claim that they can help you with these problems, but some of them cause worse problems than you already have. This guy is an exception, highly knowledgeable and professional. If you need this service, definitely start here.
