Newsflash: It's not necessary to spend upwards of $100 on a haircut in New York. Plenty of high-end salons slash their prices during stylist training nights; beauty school students offer rock-bottom prices; and, yes, there are even some quality salons with cuts priced under $50.

  3. Dramatics NYC
