I just came back from RK bridal and had the WORST customer services possible!! I should have read the reviews first before I bought my dress from this place. The previous reviews were correct that the lady who measured me DID order a dress one size bigger for me. As soon as I went to pay the deposit, the cashier made sure that I will remember to call and book 3 appointments for alterations. My first fitting was last Monday June 2 @ 1pm, but I've forgot and missed the appointment. As soon as I realized, I called to rescheduled and also mentioned that they did not call me to confirm my appointment. The lady on the phone replied "we don't do that'. Anyway, I got another appointment for today @ 11am, but had asked for a later time so I can go during lunch hour. But she told me 11am is the only available appointment. I got there at 11:05am and they told me my appt is at 1pm. I told them they made a mistake. They also have my name down incorrectly. I waited 20 minutes, with which with the sales lady keep telling me that she'll be right with me. But she’s actually avoiding. Then after 25 minutes I asked to speak to the manager, another 15 minutes pass and no manager. Went to the front desk and spoke to a manager. She went to find out the situation and came back to tell me that she could not help me b/c the computer has my appt at 1pm. I told her it’s only an hour away now, since I have waited for an hour already. She told me my tailor is not there yet, and no other tailor can help me until 1pm. I’m so disgusted with their service, I took my dress and left.

Hey all. I am midway through my wedding gown process. RK Bridal was the first place I went to look at dresses and it ended up being the only place I needed to go to. However, although it was pleasant enough, there are certainly downfalls to shopping here. Let me explain what I have experienced. Definitely go on a weekday so there is no chaos and the salespeople are more inclined to help you. After trying on 2 gowns, the saleslady, Olga, pulled out the *perfect* one for me. It was exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable and I was just elated to find a gorgeous wedding dress for under $1000. When I went to get measured up to order the dress, the customer service took a turn for the worse. The woman was yapping on the phone while using a tape measure to haphazardly measure me. She barely acknowledged that I was a paying customer who really just wanted to get this right the first time. I am not a demanding person, but I realized that if I ordered the proper sized dress, I may be able to avoid the costly $350 alterations. However, the woman measuring me insisted that I needed a size 6 when in fact I KNOW I am a size 4. I now firmly believe she did this as a way to force me into paying more money for extraneous alterations. She also told me that the dress is not available in size 4, but when I went to the Casablanca website, sure enough, my dress is indeed available in size 4. So, now its three months later and my gown has finally arrived. I went to RK Bridal yesterday for my first try-on. Just as I predicted, the dress was swimming on me and falling off. I only have 8 weeks until my wedding day and the salesgirl told me that I would need to rush the alterations. I am sure this means "paying a whole lot of money to take advantage of my situation which RK created in the first place." Although the gown is still stunning and I am so pleased with it, there is a bad taste in my mouth over the management's deceitful ways. Be careful and put your foot down.
Pros: Huge selection, Large space, Nice clean fitting rooms
Cons: Sneaky & manipulative, arrogant dismissive salespeople
